Today all three of his sons work in the company Stephen Baker Jnr as Commercial Business Director and Lee Baker and Paul Baker as Contracting Managers employing over 15 additional members of staff. The company focuses on the residential and commercial sectors working with numerous letting agents in the area and with some of the largest housebuilders in the south east.
