About the Business
Carpet Trade Supplies (Macclesfield) Ltd was established over twenty years ago by Directors Mark Ewer and Antony Chadwick, who between them have more than thirty years experience in the floor-covering trade. They formed the limited company in 1984, and moved the short distance from their original premises on Pickford St to the Royal Buildings showroom in 1990. The company has steadily grown since their beginnings with one employee to the successful business it is today with twelve employees.
Mark runs the showroom and sales, providing a measuring, planning and quotation service, also giving friendly and expert advice on any floor-covering requirement. Antony is in charge of three in-house fitting teams and has 30 years experience in floor-covering. Mark is helped in the showroom by his wife Sue on a part-time basis, who deals with the administrative side and is also responsible for sending out client quotations.
