About the Business
To achieve our vision, we will proactively sell Gravity Flooring (UK) and consult with clients on the specification of products. Whilst ensuring we harness all available technology to achieve our aims, to further enhance our quality standards, we will develop and deal with a network of suppliers who only produce quality products. All of our operatives will also be given product knowledge training as well as access to other training or career development opportunities. By committing to our staff, and gaining their commitment back, Gravity can guarantee a superior dedicated team to follow each client requirement through, from start to finish, in the most timely and professional manner.
We promise to listen to your requirements, give advice where we can and continually look to improve our service through feedback from our clients and operatives. We will not over stretch ourselves to gain growth and compromise the service we give to our clients. If we cannot help you, we will tell you straight away and try to give the best advice to help you resolve the problem. Exactly as it says: we will do what we say we are going to do. If we say we are going to finish by a certain date then we will finish. If we say we will call you at a certain time, we will call you at that time. No excuses.
