Sanding:

We sand old tired floors and bring them back to showroom finish. We do this by first sanding with a heavy grit on our dust free machines, and then fine sanding and spot sanding any hard to get areas. Before we put down a coat of finishing product we use a finishing sander to prepare the floor for the first coat.

Joinery and repairs:

On many jobs some repairs have to be down to old floors. We can source a range of reclaimed timber to match in the colour of the wood. Some of the repairs we have done in the past are:

• Joist repairs.
• Hearth removal and reclaimed board replacment.
• Levelling screed.
• Parquet stitching in.
• Water damaged boards.

Sealing, staining, lacquering and oiling:

We use a variety of staines, oils, lacquers and sealers. One we have conducted our site visit we will recommend the best options for your floor. You can have choice of colours to have your wood floor stained.
