About the Business
Being born and brought up around a family business (and starting my own in 2000) I fully understand the importance of keeping a high standard of customer service. Being on time, doing what you say you'll do and good communication is what I believe are crucial parts of the process. Being accommodating to a client's requirements and timescale are also crucial (after 6pm and weekend estimates available).
If my clients are not sure of exactly what they are looking for I can provide a home sampling service as well as giving a quote for the area required. This isn't all I can offer as with years of experience dealing with all types of houses (from ultra modern flats to rustic farm house conversions) I can offer my experienced opinion on colours and designs to best suit your home.
As with any luxury floor-covering the installation is another crucial part of the process. Preparation of sub-floors, be it wooden floor boards or concrete floors, are all carried out with a high level of detail. Only the best plywood and screed mix is used.
Then you have the actual installation of the floor. Planning, precision, and consistency are all things I take pride in. I believe EVERY clients floor is an advertisement for the quality of my work and aim to keep a consistently high standard. I get a lot of satisfaction from fitting a beautiful floor and I'm not finished until the client is happy too.
