I was so impressed with Owens & Sons from the start. Really quick and easy from my appointment to quote. They were very patient as I couldn't make up my mind and came back twice to drop off and pick up samples without hesitation. The fitters were efficient and worked non stop all day to do a splendid clean and neat finish. I highly recommend this company!
We had our flat completely refitted and the new carpets / vinyls from Owens & Sons were the final piece of the jigsaw. I have to say from the moment Bill first visited to show samples and measure up I could not have been more impressed. He provided a quote there any then and followed it up with confirmation of all the details and whenever something changed (due to other tradesmen requirements) or we needed a question answered he was able to support quickly. Bill's sons, Rafe and Ryan came and laid the floor over two days and have done an incredible job. The finish is absolutely spot on and you can see that this is their skill, it's really brought the whole flat together. The cost is reflected in the quality, but compared to national chains you are definitely benefiting from this. You can really feel at ease with all three, it's a local business that looks after its customers - would definitely recommend them no matter how big or small a job. Thanks guys!
