Recently had the floor of three rooms done by this company. Firstly the good things - in my opinion (I'm no expert) the work done has been very good in two rooms, and good in the third. The people I met in the shop are really helpful and professional. However, where the service was concerned I was pretty disappointed; I met quite a few different fitters and some of them I found to be quite rude. I also found the overall communication over when the work was going to be done to be poor, and therefore the whole experience disruptive.
I needed a new carpet for my bedroom so popped in on a Sunday morning and even though they were really busy they took their time with me patiently while I dithered about what I wanted. After I'd finally chosen I was told I would get a phone call when it had been ordered with a delivery/fitting date. This happened the next day. The day of the fitting came and the carpet fitter was an absolute bless as we had had a bit of a family emergency the day before so the house was full of rampaging children and the bedroom hadn't been fully cleared but although he was booked solid all day (a Saturday poor soul) he was patient and kindly helped us finish emptying. He then fitted the carpet and went on his merry way. The carpet looks awesome and the whole service from walking into their showroom to the carpet being laid was very professional, efficient but more importantly friendly and extremely helpful. I'll be recommending them to anyone that will listen.
